摘要

姜是我国传统的药食同源中药,其富含多种天然活性成分,如挥发油、姜辣素和二芳基庚烷类化合物.姜临床功效确切,现代药理活性广泛,其中解毒作用是其重要的应用价值之一.目前报道的有关姜抗毒性损伤作用主要包括抑菌、抑制生物毒素、抗辐射、抑制化学药物毒副反应、解重金属之毒和对有毒中药的增效减毒作用,其对毒物造成的肝、肾、心、脑、皮肤等多种组织器官损伤和功能障碍均具有良好的改善效果,作用机制体现为抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗炎和抗DNA损伤等多机制协同作用,共奏其效.通过介绍姜解毒作用研究的最新进展,以期为姜产品的现代研发和疾病治疗潜在价值发现提供参考.

Abstract

Ginger is a traditional Chinese edible and medicinal herb,which contains multiple natural active ingredients,such as volatile oil,gingerol and diarylheptane compounds.Ginger has definite clinical effects and a wide range of modem pharmacological activities,among which the detoxification has great application value.At present,the reported anti-toxic effects of ginger mainly include anti-microbial,biological toxins inhibition,radiation resistance,inhibition of chemical drug toxicity,detoxification of heavy metals,and synergistic and detoxifying effects on toxic traditional Chinese medicine.Ginger and its active ingredients have good protective effects on the injury and dysfunction caused by toxins of multiple tissues and organs,such as liver,kidney,heart,brain,skin,etc.This observed protection of ginger is related to the synergistic effect of multiple mechanisms such as anti-oxidant,anti-apoptotic,anti-inflammatory and anti-DNA damage,playing its role together.The latest progress in the study of ginger detoxification is reviewed,in order to provide reference for the modern research and development of ginger products and the discovery of ginger's potential therapeutic effects.
