酸枣仁及其复方抗抑郁作用机制研究进展

摘要
抑郁症是一类常见且复杂的精神疾病,严重影响人们的健康水平和生活质量.酸枣仁是治疗抑郁症的常用中药之一,大量临床研究和动物实验均证实其确有疗效,在抑郁症防治领域得到广泛关注.本文总结了酸枣仁主要活性成分及其复方的抗抑郁作用机制研究成果,从调节单胺类神经递质、炎性细胞因子及脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)等方面归纳总结其抗抑郁作用机制,为酸枣仁主要活性成分及其复方抗抑郁机制进一步深入研究提供参考.
Abstract
Depression is a common and complex mental illness,which seriously affects people's health and quality of life.Ziziphi Semen Spinosae is one of the commonly used traditional Chinese medicines for the treatment of depression.A large number of clinical studies and animal experiments have confirmed that it does have a curative effect and has been widely concerned in the field of depression prevention and treatment.This paper summarizes the research results of the anti-depressant mechanism of Ziziphi Semen Spinosae,its main active ingredients and their compounds,and summarizes its anti-depressant mechanism from the aspects of regulating monoamine neurotransmitters,inflammatory cytokines and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),so as to provide reference for the further study of the anti-depressant mechanism of Ziziphi Semen Spinosae,its main active ingredients and their compounds.
