摘要
诱变育种作为一种快速创新药用植物种质资源的新方法,经过诱变获得变异的材料不仅可为新品种的选育提供丰富的种质资源,还可为研究生理生化过程、挖掘新基因以及解析代谢合成通路提供宝贵的材料.通过查阅国内外相关文献,总结诱变育种在药用植物种质创新方面取得的研究成果,提出研究中存在的问题,并提出了相应的建议,旨在为药用植物种质创新与良种选育提供参考.
Abstract
As a new method of rapidly innovating germplasm resources of medicinal plants,mutagenesis can not only provide abundant germplasm resources for the breeding of new varieties,but also provide valuable materials for the study of physiological and biochemical processes,mining of new genes and analysis of metabolic synthesis pathways.By reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad,this study summarizes the research results of mutagenesis breeding in the field of germplasm innovation of medicinal plants,points out the problems existing in the research,and puts forward corresponding suggestions,aiming to provide reference for the germplasm innovation and improved seed breeding of medicinal plants.
