基于植物代谢组学的不同基原淫羊藿差异性研究

目的 研究不同基原和产地淫羊藿的化学成分差异性.方法 采用液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)联用技术对淫羊藿进行代谢组学分析,筛选得到差异成分.同时采用液相色谱法、紫外分光光度法分别测定总黄酮醇苷、总黄酮含量,研究不同基原淫羊藿中指标成分的含量差异.结果 总黄酮醇苷和总黄酮含量在不同基原淫羊藿中存在一定差异.不同区域淫羊藿整体化学成分具有差异性,且产地和基原表现出对应性.心叶淫羊藿与朝鲜淫羊藿间存在65个差异成分,与柔毛淫羊藿之间存在125个差异成分,与箭叶淫羊藿之间存在109个差异成分,其中共有差异成分19个.结论 本研究揭示了不同基原淫羊藿化学成分的差异性,为淫羊藿的基原鉴别提供了参考,有利于淫羊藿资源的合理利用.
Study on the Difference of Epimedium in Different Species Based on Plant Metabolomics
Objective To study the overall chemical composition differences of Epimedium from the perspectives of origin and growing areas.Methods Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)was used to analyze the metabonomics of four Epimedium species,and the differential components were screened.Meanwhile,the contents of total flavonol glycosides and total flavonoids were determined by liquid chromatography and ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and to study the content differences of index components in different species of Epimedium.Results There were certain differences in the contents of total flavonol glycosides and total flavonoids among different origins of Epimedium.The overall chemical compositions of Epimedium from different regions showed differences,and the origin and growing areas were corresponding.There were 65 differential components between Epimedium brevicomu Maxim.and Epimedium koreanum Nakai.There were 125 differential components between Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.and Epimedium pubescens Maxim..There were 109 differential components between Epimedium brevicornu Maxim.and Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim..Among them,there were 19 differential components commonly.Conclusion The differences of chemical constituents of different species Epimedium are effectively revealed,which provide a reference for the identification of the origin of Epimedium and beneficial to the rational utilization of Epimedium resources.
