Analysis of the Chemical Constituents of Chuanhu Qutong Granules Based on UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS
Objective To identify the chemical constituents of Chuanhu Qutong Granules.Methods Ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-electrostatic field orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS)technology was used to identify the components by Xcalibur 4.2 analysis software,combined with reference substances,mass-to-charge ratio and secondary mass spectrometry fragmentation information.Results A total of 151 compounds were identified from Chuanhu Qutong Granules,including 19 organic acids,57 flavonoids and their glycosides,10 chromones,4 stilbenes,8 anthraquinones,11 phthalides,18 phenylpropanoids,7 triterpenoids and their glycosides,3 nitrogen-containing compounds and 14 other compounds.Among them,15 compounds were confirmed by comparison with reference substances.Conclusion UPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap MS can realize the rapid identification of the chemical constituents of Chuanhu Qutong Granules,which can provide scientific reference for the analysis of the pharmacodynamic material basis of traditional Chinese medicine and the improvement of the quality standard of the preparation.
