Objective To analyze the chemical components of Shuxin Jieyu granules by UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS method.Methods UPLC was performed on a Waters ACQUITY BEH C18 column(150 mm × 2.1 mm,1.7 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid water as the mobile phase for gradient elution at a column temperature of 30℃,a flow rate was 0.3 mL/min,and a injection volume of 2 μL.The mass spectrometry data of Shuxin Jieyu granules were collected in the positive and negative ion modes,and the chemical analyzed based on the precise relative molecular mass of primary mass spectrometry,the characteristic fragments of secondary mass spectrometry,related articles.Then all the chemical components were classified as medicinal materials.Results A total of 71 compounds were identified from Shuxin Jieyu granules,including 23 fiavonoids,7 amino acids,3 alkaloids,20 organic acids,3 saccharides,5 terpenoids,1 anthraquinone,1 phenylpropanoid and 8 other compounds.Conclusion The established UPLC-Q-Orbitrap-MS method can quickly,accurately,reliably and comprehensively identify the chemical components of Shuxin Jieyu granules,providing a reference for the study of its pharmacological substance basis.
