黄酮类化合物来源广泛,活性多样,但该类化合物在水中溶解度低,生物利用度差.在多种增加黄酮类化合物溶解度的方法中,固体分散体技术因溶解度改善明显,上市药品较多,且随着新材料应用范围的拓展和新制备方法的不断突破,该技术为黄酮类化合物的开发与临床应用提供更多参考.通过查找、梳理、总结和分析国内外黄酮固体分散体的研究进展,介绍了黄酮类化合物固体分散体相关生物载体材料、制备技术和增溶机制,以期为黄酮类化合物药物发现及研究开发提供思路.
Research Progress in Solid Dispersions of Flavonoids
Flavonoids have a wide range of sources and diverse activities,but these compounds have low solubility in water and poor bioavailability.In a variety of methods to increase the solubility of flavonoids,solid dispersion technology has many listed drugs due to the obvious improvement of solubility.With the expansion of the application range of new materials and the continuous breakthrough of new preparation methods,this technology provides more references for the development and clinical application of flavonoids.By finding,combing,summarizing and analyzing the research progress of flavonoid solid dispersions at home and abroad,flavonoid solid dispersions bio-carrier materials,preparation techniques and solubilization mechanisms are introduced.
