目的 研究黑龙江省芍药Paeonia lactiflora Pall。的资源分布规律和人工栽培品赤芍药材质量特征,促进其资源开发和合理应用。方法 通过调研、走访等方式,分析黑龙江省芍药的分布情况。同时,选取30批黑龙江省赤芍样品进行性状、显微和薄层色谱鉴别,对水分、总灰分、浸出物、二氧化硫残留、重金属等进行检查,对芍药苷、没食子酸、芍药内酯苷、苯甲酸进行含量检测。结果 在资源分布方面,黑龙江省野生芍药多分布于山地地区,人工栽培芍药多分布于平原地区,二者均分布于沿河区县。在质量特征方面,明确了黑龙江省人工栽培赤芍药材水分、总灰分、浸出物等指标的含量范围,测得芍药苷含量均在2。5%以上。结论 黑龙江省芍药分布是自然环境和人文环境共同作用的结果,赤芍在质量方面体现出道地药材的优势,可为黑龙江省赤芍产业的发展及其质量标准的建立提供理论依据。
Distribution of Paeonia lactiflora Resources and Quality of Artificial Cultivated Products in Heilongjiang Province
Objective The resource distribution and quality characteristics of artificial cultivated Paeonia lactiflora in Heilongjiang Province are studied to provide reference for promoting its resource development and rational application.Methods The distribution of Paeonia lactiflora in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed through investigation,visits and other methods.Meanwhile,30 batches of Paeoniae Radix Rubra samples from Heilongjiang Province were selected for macroscopic identification,microscopic identification and thin-layer chromatographic identification.Moisture,total ash,extract,sulfur dioxide residue and heavy metals were examined.The contents of paeoniflorin,gallic acid,albiflorin and benzoic acid were detected.Results In terms of resource distribution,wild peony in Heilongjiang Province was mostly distributed in mountainous areas,and artificial cultivated peony was mostly distributed in plain areas.Both of them were distributed in counties along the river,which was the result of the combined action of natural environment and humanistic environment.In terms of quality characteristics,the content range of water,total ash,extract and other indicators of artificial cultivation of Paeoniae Radix Rubra in Heilongjiang Province were clarified,and the content of paeoniflorin was measured to be more than 2.5%.Conclusion This study can provide scientific basis and reference for the development of industry of artificial cultivation of Paeonia lactiflora in Heilongjiang Province and the establishment of its quality standards.
