基于UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS技术分析桔梗对参苓白术散化学成分溶出的影响

目的 探讨引经药桔梗对参苓白术散成分溶出的影响。方法 基于超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱技术(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)定性定量分析参苓白术散全方、减桔梗方和桔梗醇提液所含化学成分,进行物质归属、归类和相对含量比较分析。结果 参苓白术散全方、减桔梗方和桔梗醇提液中分别鉴定出83个、69个、14个化学成分。参苓白术散与减桔梗方两组化学成分种类韦恩交集结果显示,两方溶出化学成分种类无变化;峰面积比对分析结果显示,环磷酸腺苷、芹菜素、山药素Ⅲ、齐墩果酸、白术内酯Ⅰ、亚油酸含量差异显著(P<0。05)。结论 引经药桔梗能影响参苓白术散全方特定化学成分的溶出量,这可能是引经药物作用机理之一。
Effects of Platycodonis Radix on the Chemical Constituents in Shenling Baizhu San by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS
Objective To explore the effect of the meridian inducing medicine Platycodonis Radix on the dissolution of chemical components in Shenling Baizhu San(SLBZS).Methods Based on the ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS)technology,the chemical composition of SLBZS,lacked Platycodonis Radix of SLBZS and Platycodonis Radix were qualitatively analyzed,and the attribution,types and relative contents were compared.Results 83,69 and 14 chemical components were detected in SLBZS,lacked Platycodonis Radix of SLBZS and Platycodonis Radix,respectively.The result of Venn intersection showed that there was no difference in the types of chemical components between SLBZS and lacked Platycodonis Radix of SLBZS.But the peak area comparison showed significant differences in the contents of cAMP,apigenin,batatasin Ⅲ,oleanolic acid,atractylenolideI and linoleic acid(P<0.05).Conclusion The meridian inducing medicine Platycodonis Radix can effect the dissolution of certain chemical components in SLBZS,which may be one of the mechanisms of meridian inducing medicine.
