目的 利用文献计量学分析黄精多糖相关文献,总结当前研究热点,预测领域前沿趋势.方法 通过检索中国知网和Web of Science关于黄精多糖的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件对其进行发文量、作者及作者共被引分析、地区与机构分析、关键词共现、聚类和突现的可视化分析.结果 近年来黄精多糖的研究热度持续上升,以中国为核心多国协作的合作网络逐渐形成,但研究团队缺乏合作.黄精多糖的结构解析、药理活性与机制研究已成为本领域的研究热点,而关于机制的研究及临床应用都是未来热门的研究方向,其预防与治疗疾病的应用有望成为未来的研究重心.结论 黄精多糖的构效关系及以抗氧化为主的活性研究是目前研究热点,未来新的研究方向集中在对其药理机制的深入研究.
Frontier and Hot Topics in Polygonatum Polysaccharide Based on CiteSpace Bibliometric Analysis
Objective To employ bibliometric analysis to assess the literature concerning Polygonatum polysaccharide,summarizing the prevailing research foci and forecasting emerging trends within the domain.Methods A comprehensive search for literature on Polygonatum polysaccharide was conducted in the CNKI and the Web of Science databases.The CiteSpace software was applied to perform a visual analysis encompassing publication volume,co-authorship and co-citation analysis,geographical and institutional analysis,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,and burst detection.Results The scholarly interest in Polygonatum polysaccharide had been on an upward trajectory in recent years,with the formation of an international collaborative network centered around China,albeit with a noted absence of collaboration among research teams.The elucidation of the structure of Polygonatum polysaccharide,along with the investigation of its pharmacological activities and underlying mechanisms,had emerged as a focal point in current research.The exploration of these mechanisms and clinical applications were anticipated to be a burgeoning area of interest,with the potential applications in disease prevention and treatment poised to become a central research priority.Conclusion The structure-activity relationship of Polygonatum polysaccharide and its research on activities primarily centered on anti-oxidant properties are at the forefront of current studies.The prospective research avenues are expected to delve deeper into the pharmacological mechanisms of this substance.
