枸骨天然活性成分及其药理作用的研究进展

摘要
枸骨作为一类冬青科冬青属植物,目前广泛生长于长江中下游地区,其根、茎、叶、果均具有药理活性.枸骨中含有多种次生代谢产物,其类型主要包括三萜、黄酮、多糖等,研究表明这些化学成分在抗氧化、抗肿瘤和抗炎等方面的药理活性显著.通过对枸骨中主要活性成分及其相应药理活性的研究概况进行总结,为进一步开发和利用枸骨资源提供参考依据.
Abstract
Ilex cornuta belongs to the holly family,and all of its parts—roots,stems,leaves and fruits are pharmacologically active.These parts primarily contain polysaccharides,triterpenes,flavonoids,and other chemical components that have a variety of pharmacological effects,including anti-tumor,anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory ones.The study reviewed the overview of the research on the active components and their corresponding pharmacological activities in Ilex comuta in recent years and then provided a reference basis for the further development of Ilex cornuta resources through the analysis of the active components and existing pharmacological activities of Ilex cornuta.
