白头翁汤化学成分及药理作用的研究进展

摘要
白头翁汤是临床上常用的方剂之一,目前对白头翁的化学成分及药理作用研究较多,但对白头翁汤的研究较少.通过查阅相关文献资料,对白头翁汤的化学成分、药理作用进行研究整理,发现白头翁汤的化学成分在配伍前后并没有发生明显的变化,而各成分的含量存在一定的差异性,这可能是白头翁汤发挥药效的物质基础.药理研究表明白头翁汤具有明显的抗炎、抗菌、抗肿瘤的作用,其作用机制主要与调节免疫、调节相关的细胞信号通路及肠道菌群有关.
Abstract
Pulsatilla Decoction is one of the commonly used prescriptions in clinical practice.At present,there are many researches on the chemical composition and pharmacological action of Pulsatilla,but few researches on Pulsatilla Decoction.The chemical composition and pharmacological action of Pulsatilla Decoction are studied and sorted out by referring to the relevant literature.The results show that the chemical components of Pulsatilla Decoction do not change significantly before and after the combination,and the content of each component is different to some extent,which may be the material basis of the drug effect of Pulsatilla Decoction.Pharmacological studies have shown that Pulsatilla Decoction has obvious anti-inflammatory,anti-bacterial and anti-tumor effects,and its mechanism of action is mainly related to the regulation of immunity,the regulation of related cell signaling pathways and intestinal flora.
