With the deepening of social informatization construction,college archives work is also constantly integrated with network information technology,the traditional way of checking archives in colleges and universities has gradually been unable to meet the needs of archives users inside and outside the university,how to use modern network technology to build a remote service platform for university archives to serve archives users has become an important task of university archives work,is an opportunity and a challenge.This paper selects 12 representative universities in Fujian Province as research objects,analyzes the construction of university archives remote service network platform and the status quo of remote service based on the survey results,clarifies the operation process of university archives remote service platform,puts forward optimization suggestions for remote service of archives,and promotes the reform of university archives work to the service mode of"running at most once".
