探析构建科教融合学院档案管理大厦的"四梁八柱"

摘要
本文通过文献和问卷调研等形式了解当前学术界对科教融合学院档案管理研究现状,从科教融合学院档案管理为出发点,结合科研院所与科教融合学院建设实际特殊情况,对科研院所与科教融合学院这种地方法人单元的关系问题进行理清,明确科教融合学院档案管理当前的瓶颈,急需科研院所和学院层面关注并解决的实际问题.本文提出从科教融合学院档案治理、利用、资源、安全等四个维度体系建设构建起科教融合学院档案管理大厦.
Abstract
This article researched on the current academic research on the integration of science and education college archives management which through the literature and questionnaire,from the integration of science and education college archives management as a starting point,based on the special situation of the construction of the scientific research institute and the scientific and educational integration institute,this paper clarifies the relationship between the scientific research institute and the scientific and educational integration institute,which is a local legal person unit,and clarifies the current bottleneck of the archives management of the scientific and educational integration institute,practical problems that need urgent attention and solution at the level of scientific research institutes and colleges.This paper proposes to construct the archives management building of the science and education integration college from four dimensions:administration,utilization,resources and security.
