新形势下,数字档案系统逐渐成为各企业档案工作的标配,这为提高档案管理水平、创新档案工作方式、提升档案工作效率提供了条件.高质量、高效率的档案著录是数字档案系统背景下企业档案工作提质增效的关键.顶层设计、源头控制、建立行业著录规范、采用档案著录工具、适当使用说明性文字以及采用现代OCR文字识别技术、语音AI识别技术和跨屏输入等措施能有效提升档案著录工作的质量与效率.

Under the new situation,digital archive systems have gradually become the standard equipment for archive management in various enterprises,providing conditions for improving archive management level,innovating archive work methods,and improving archive work efficiency.High quality and efficient archival recording is the key to improving the quality and efficiency of enterprise archival work in the context of digital archival systems.Top level design,source control,establishment of industry cataloging standards,use of archival cataloging tools,appropriate use of explanatory text,and adoption of modern OCR text recognition technology,voice AI recognition technology,and cross screen input can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of archival cataloging work.
