摘要
干部人事档案数字化外包具备专业优势和效率优势,也存在安全风险,本文从档案实体、信息安全、加工环境、外包公司几个方面分析了潜在的安全风险,并从制度保障、安全管理、服务商的选择方面提出了相应的防控对策.
Abstract
The outsourcing of digitalization of cadre personnel files has professional and efficiency advantages,but also security risks.This article analyzes the potential security risks from several aspects such as archive entities,information security,processing environment,and outsourcing companies,and proposes corresponding prevention and control measures from the aspects of institutional guarantee,security management,and service provider selection.
