数智时代档案知识重构与智慧化服务探究

摘要
随着Web3.0技术的发展,去中心化赋予了用户平权,激发了创作热情,导致数据爆发式增长,形成信息过载,使得高效获取质量高、效用大的信息成本越来越高,严重影响了学习科研的效率.数智时代档案馆知识体系重构和智慧服务的发展将解决信息过载带来的困扰.本文介绍了Web技术、信息过载、档案知识体系重构的相关概念、特点,提出了档案知识重构的理论框架和实施策略,并探讨了基于这一框架的智慧化服务模式.
Abstract
With the development of Web3.0 technology,decentralization has given users equal rights,stimulated creative enthusiasm,led to explosive data growth,formed information overload,and made the cost of efficiently obtaining high-quality and effective information increasingly high,seriously affecting the efficiency of learning and research.The reconstruction of the knowledge system of archives in the era of digital intelligence and the development of intelligent services will solve the problems caused by information overload.This article introduces the concepts and characteristics of web technology,information overload,and the reconstruction of archive knowledge system.It proposes a theoretical framework and implementation strategies for archive knowledge reconstruction,and explores the intelligent service model based on this framework.
