摘要
本文根据医院内多楼层、多科室,以及医用物品类型多等特点,设计了一套由辊筒输送机、顶升移载机、摆轮机、爬坡皮带机、提升机以及单双排物料站点等多种硬件设备和应用软件系统组成的自动化物流输送系统.经过医院实际应用检验,该系统运行准时、高效、安全可靠,具有广泛的推广应用价值.
Abstract
According to the characteristics of multi-floor and multi-department in the hospital,as well as the types of medical goods,this paper designs a set of automated logistics conveying system which is composed of roller conveyor,jack-up transfer station,swivel wheel sorter,climbing belt conveyor,vertical conveyor series,single-and double-row material station and other hardware equipment and appli-cation software system.After the actual application test in the hospital,the system runs punctually,efficiently,safely and reliably,and has a wide range of promotion and application value.
