基于激光跟踪测量的数字化仿真方法研究

大型结构件零部件数量多、结构复杂、装配质量要求高,出现装配不协调会导致成本高、周期长,因此确保零部件装配质量并能够对存在问题的零部件进行返修与调整是保证结构件总装质量的关键.通过获取整体结构件关键特性外形、尺寸数据,将基于激光跟踪的实测数据拟合在同一个坐标系下,实现结构件虚拟装配,优化零部件之间的间隙、公差等参数,最终输出最优的仿真报告,有效降低结构件返修率、提高装配质量,取得了良好的效果.
Research on Digital Simulation Method Based on Laser Tracking Measurement
Large structural parts have a large number of components,complex structure and high assembly quality requirements.Assembly incoordination will lead to high cost and long cycle.Therefore,to ensure the assembly quality of components and to repair and adjust the parts with problems is the key to ensure the final assembly quality of structural parts.By obtaining the key characteristics and dimension data of the overall structural parts,the measured data based on laser tracking are fitted in the same coordinate system to realize the virtual assembly of structural parts,optimize the parameters such as clearance and tolerance between parts,and finally output the optimal simulation report,which effectively reduces the repair rate of structural parts and improves the assembly quality,and achieves good results.
