本文通过对应用H型驱动结构设备的几何精度检验项目进行分析和分类研究,阐述了应用H型驱动结构典型设备几何精度对设备工作精度的影响,提出了提高此类结构设备几何精度的设计制造方法.希望可以为此类设备制造精度的进步和提高提供有价值的参考.
Abstract
Accuracy is the foundation of various mechanical equipment and the guarantee for the completion of production tasks.Maintaining the geometric accuracy of the equipment is crucial.Equipment accuracy refers to the precision of the shape,mutual position,and relative motion of the main components of the equipment,including geometric accuracy,transmission accuracy,motion accuracy,positioning accuracy,and accuracy retention performance.The most important one is the static geometric accuracy of mechanical equipment related components.
