在设计引信的激活机构时,激活机构的安全性和可靠性是需要重点考虑的问题,但这两者一般是相互矛盾的,提升了安全性可能会降低可靠性,提升了可靠性可能会降低安全性,因此在设计激活机构时需要综合考虑多方面因素,激活机构零件与零件的摩擦系数就是影响安全性和可靠性的重要因素之一,为了探究摩擦系数对激活机构安全性和可靠性的影响,本文将设计好的离心激活机构导入Adams,模拟离心激活机构在不同摩擦系数时面对不同过载环境时激活机构的安全性和可靠性,从而确定出摩擦系数的取值范围,为机构的后续加工提供参考.
Structure Design of Centrifugal Activation Mechanism and Optimization of Friction Coefficient
When designing the activation mechanism of fuze,the safety and reliability of the activation mechanism are the issues that need to be considered,but the two are generally contradictory.Improving the safety may reduce the reliability,while improving the reliability may reduce the safety.Therefore,it is necessary to consider various factors comprehensively when designing the activation mechanism.The friction coefficient between the parts of the activation mechanism is one of the important factors affecting the safety and reliability.In order to explore the impact of friction coefficient on the safety and reliability of the activation mechanism,the designed centrifugal activation mecha-nism is introduced into Adams in this paper to simulate the safety and reliability of the activation mechanism under different overload envi-ronments with different friction coefficients.Therefore,the range of friction coefficient is determined,which can provide reference for the subsequent machining of the mechanism.
