摘要
针对现行弹性钢存在屈服比低、疲劳强度低、可靠性差等瓶颈问题,开展新型弹性轴用钢组织与性能研究,通过对新型弹性轴用钢的力学性能、扭转强度、工艺性能、使用性能等研究,得出新型弹性轴用钢在相同试验条件下,其屈服强度、屈服比及使用性能等均优于原弹性轴用钢 45CrNiMoVA,完全满足车辆的使用要求,并为设计应用提供更多的选择.
Abstract
In view of the bottleneck problems of low yield ratio,low fatigue strength and poor reliability existing in the current elastic steel,the microstructure and properties of a new type of elastic shaft steel were studied.By studying the mechanical properties,torsional strength,technological properties and service properties of the new steel for elastic shaft,it is concluded that the yield strength,yield ratio and service properties of the new steel for elastic shaft are better than those of the original steel 45CrNiMoVA under the same test condi-tions,which completely meets the service requirements of vehicles and provides more choices for design and application.
