摘要

研发高效率自动包饺子装置对满足人民生活需要有重要意义,基于饺子制作工艺分析,提出了包含自动送皮、自动放馅、自动成型等模块的机电一体化系统解决方案,结合饺子成型工艺和装置原理明确了工作流程,利用FluidSim设计了气动控制系统;通过实验验证了自动包饺子装置控制系统的有效性和合理性.实验结果表明,自动包饺子装置控制系统能够有效地完成饺子制作工艺动作,具有一定的实际应用价值和推广意义.

Abstract

The development of high-efficiency automatic dumpling making devices is of great significance in meeting the needs of people's lives.Based on the analysis of dumpling making process,a mechatronics integrated system solution including modules such as dumpling wrapper feeding,automatic filling,and automatic forming was proposed.Combining the dumpling forming process and structural principle,the working flow chart was clarified,and a pneumatic control system was designed using FluidSim;The effectiveness and rationality of the control system of the automatic dumpling making device was verified through experimental simulation.The results showed that the control system of the dumpling making device can effectively perform the process actions of dumpling making,and has certain practical application value and promotion significance.
