摘要
直流无刷电机将电能转换为机械能,为舵机提供动力.直流无刷电机应用于电动舵机系统,电机后部具备电磁制动器,可以实现电动舵机系统的位置锁定.相比于永磁式制动器,弹簧式制动器更耐冲击、振动等力学环境,本文设计了一种体积小、扭矩大的弹簧式失电制动器.
Abstract
DC brushless motor converts electrical energy into mechanical energy to provide power for the steering gear.The DC brushless motor is applied to the electric actuator system.The rear of the motor is equipped with an electromagnetic brake,which can realize the po-sition locking of the electric actuator system.Compared with the permanent brake,the spring brake is more resistant to impact,vibration and other mechanical environments.In this paper,a spring brake with small volume and large torque is designed.
