摘要
针对风电行业备件数量多、需求波动大、分布地区广和业务需求多样的特性,现有评价指标体系不能全面评估的问题,提出了基于重要度的两级多指标分类方法.首先,对风电企业运维业务数据进行分析,从风电机组备件采购、备件调配、备件使用的 3 个准则 17 个指标建立层次备件评价指标体系,并依据指标特点构建赋分体系.其次选取定性、定量指标计算备件重要度,作为先筛选再分类两级分类依据,得出 3 大类、27 小类的分类结果.最后对分类结果进行分析,提出相应的管理建议.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of spare parts management in the wind power industry,such as large quantity,large demand fluctuation,wide distribution area and diverse business needs,a two-level and multi-index classification method based on importance de-gree was proposed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the operation and maintenance business data of wind power enterprises,establishes a hierar-chical spare parts evaluation index system from 3 criteria and 17 indexes including wind power spare parts procurement,spare parts allocation and spare parts use,and constructs a scoring system according to the characteristics of the indexes.Secondly,qualitative and quantitative in-dexes were selected to calculate the importance of spare parts,which were used as the basis for screening and then classification,and the classification results of 3 categories and 27 subcategories were obtained.Finally,the classification results are analyzed and corresponding man-agement suggestions are put forward.
