摘要
悬臂式斗轮堆取料机是内陆散货堆场和港口码头主要作业设备,其尾车类别和结构型式多种多样,不同的作业场景,有不同的组合形式,可以实现不同的功能.本文通过枝城港 16 码头堆取料机设计过程中,对尾车的比对选型,分析了主要尾车形式的应用场景和优缺点,对尾车常见故障均提出了应对策略,以期对散货料场斗轮堆取料机尾车选型提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
Cantilever Bucket Wheel Stacker Reclaimer is the main handling equipment for inland Bulk Cargo Storage Yard and port,its tripper car types and structural style are diverse.Different scenarios have different combinations,that can achieve different functions.This arti-cle is based on Comparison and selection of the tripper car during the design process of the Bucket-wheel Stacker and Reclaimer at Zhicheng Port Pier 16,analyzes the application scenarios,advantages and disadvantages of the main tripper car forms,Corresponding strategies have been proposed for common faults of the tripper car,in order to provides profits and references for the selection of tripper car for Bucket-wheel Stacker and Reclaimer in the Bulk Cargo Storage Yard.
