热处理变形控制工艺优化装置设计与研究

热处理工装是保持和提高复杂结构铸件精度的关键技术装备.为消除长度大、壁厚小、型面结构复杂的铸件在机械加工过程中带来的应力,本文结合计算机辅助方法,分析典型零件热处理变形的影响因素,设计和制造热处理工艺优化专用装置.同时,结合实际热处理形变程度,不断完善设计方案.通过测试热处理前后铸件型面变形量的大小,最终确定了适用铸件的热处理变形控制工艺优化装置,极大程度地消除了零件的残余应力,减小了热处理过程中的变形量.
Ergonomics Analysis and Assembly Operation Verification Based on Virtual Simulation Technology
Heat treatment tooling is the key technical equipment to maintain and improve the precision of complex structure castings.In or-der to eliminate the stress caused by large length,small wall thickness and complex surface structure in the machining process of castings,this paper combined with computer aided method,analyzed the influence factors of heat treatment deformation of typical parts,designed and manufactured special equipment for heat treatment process optimization.At the same time,combined with the actual heat treatment de-formation degree,constantly improve the design scheme.By testing the deformation amount of the mold surface before and after heat treat-ment,the optimization device of heat treatment deformation control process for castings was finally determined.It not only eliminates the residual stress of parts to a great extent,but also reduces the deformation in the process of heat treatment.
