Electric Proportional Control for the Displacement-Flow Feedback Control Valve
Aiming at the problems of unstable load control,large flow variation and leakage of the flow control valve.Based on the princi-ple of Valvistor throttle valve,an electric proportional control displacement-flow feedback control valve is designed.In this paper,which described mainly the valve structure and hydraulic bridge principle of the flow control valve.The valve body and proportional electromagnet models of the flow control valve were established by AMESim,and the analysis results showed that under constant electrical signal input,the outlet flow of the flow control valve did not change with the load,and it had good stability and controllability,making the system in-sensitive to the load change.
