摘要

利用厂区区域改造时期,对设备老旧的冷床控制系统进行了全面升级改造,将原来的交流调试系统改为全数字直流调速系统.本系统采用 S7-300CPU315-2DP 控制器和 ET200 系列 I/O 模式,通过PROFIBUS总线实现了分布式控制.自设备投入运行以来,生产效率明显提升,达到了预期效果.

Abstract

During the renovation period of the factory area,a comprehensive upgrade was carried out on the outdated cooling bed control system of the equipment,replacing the original AC debugging system with a fully digital DC speed control system.This system adopts S7-300 CPU315-2DP controller and ET200 series I/O mode,and achieves distributed control through PROFIBUS bus.Since the equipment was put into operation,production efficiency has significantly improved and achieved the expected results.
