The article studies the business management strategies of Hunan enterprises that integrate manufacturing and service industries,and proposes measures to build an efficient supply chain,such as supplier inventory management,joint inventory,and just in time pro-curement;Multiple strategies for quality improvement were also proposed from the perspective of quality engineering,including quality cy-cle curve management,wheel style management,zero defect management,total quality management,product lifecycle management,and 6 σ Management and process capability index management;And explore the comprehensive planning strategy of enterprises,advocate the application of linear programming method,and study the optimization method of dual job center job plans.
