缆索式起重机的特有专项检验技术探讨

摘要
缆索式起重机是大型水电站和大型桥梁工程施工的最重要起重设备,缆索式起重机的安全性能就是重大项目建设施工的保障.本文通过起重机械定期检验规则和缆索起重机特有的施工项目对应标准,将缆索式起重机的主要受力结构件塔架(塔车)、零部件和安全保护装置具体化,并对它们检验内容具体分析,作出检验方法和判定标准,为检验机构和检验人员具体检验缆索式起重机时编制检验方案提供相应参考.
Abstract
Cable Crane is an important construction tool for large hydropower station and large bridge construction.The safety performance of cable crane is the guarantee of major project construction.This paper according to the regular inspection rules of hoisting machinery and the corresponding standards of special construction projects of cable crane,The main structural components of cable crane,such as carrying crane,parts and safety protection device,are concretized and analyzes the contents of the inspections in detail,and makes the inspection methods and judging standards.To provides the reference for the inspection organization and the inspector to work out the inspection scheme for the cable crane.
