A Solution of Production Safety Risk Control For Military Workshop
Aiming at a series of prominent problems in military manufacturing enterprise,such as low automation,large number of person-nel on the operation site,insufficient safety supervision,separate production safety management and control,and lack of overall planning.A solution of production safety risk control is proposed,including four parts:production site safety risk perception,network transmission.data center and production site safety risk monitoring.The assessment,analysis,monitoring,early warning and linkage disposal safety risk factors are realized.The solution has been applied and verified in a military manufacturing enterprise.The sesults show that the solution can realize the"knowable and controllable"of safety risks in the production process of military manufacturing enterprises,effectively reduce the probability of safety accidents,and meet the enterprise's"safe and green"intelligent manufacturing goal.
