托架拓扑优化设计

为了降低托架的重量和提高保障能力,实现轻量化设计的目的.采用均匀化方法,建立了以微结构胞元密度为设计变量,体积函数为约束函数,柔顺度最小为目标函数的拓扑优化理论模型,并通过有限元分析软件对托架进行了拓扑优化设计.根据优化结果对托架进行了结构改进和静力学分析,分析表明,在托架承受载荷不变,且满足托架强度和刚度的条件下,其质量减少 41.4%,实现了结构轻量化设计的目的.这对于托架的轻量化设计具有工程应用价值,也对类似产品结构轻量化设计提供了参考.
Topology Optimization Design of Bracket
In order to reduce the weight of the bracket and improve support capabilities,and realize lightweight design.Using the homoge-nization method,a theoretical model of topology optimization is established with the cell density of the microstructure as the design vari-able,the volume function as the constraint function,and the minimum compliance as the objective function.and topology optimization de-sign of bracket by finite element analysis software of ansysworkbench.According to the optimization results,the structural improvement and static analysis of the bracket are carried out The analysis shows that under the condition that the bracket bears the same load and meets the strength and stiffness of the bracket,its mass reduced by 41.4%,which achieves the purpose of lightweight design of the structure.It's con-clusion that this has the engineering application value for the bracket improvement design,and also provides a reference for the lightweight design of similar product structures.
