Research on a Filtering Device for Disturbing Filter Layers
Conventional solid-liquid two-phase filtration devices,due to the continuous deposition of filter residue on the filter screen,can form filter cakes after use for a period of time.Once the filter cake is formed,the filtration resistance will increase.It is necessary to re-move the filter cake from the filter medium in a timely manner.Removing the filter cake will cause interruption of the filtration process,complex supporting equipment,and difficult operation.This article proposes a filter layer disturbance filtration approach to address the prob-lems of conventional filtration devices.The two-phase flow directly impacts the filter cake layer,and the filtration process continues when the filter cake layer is disturbed.The compactness of the filter cake layer will be smaller than that of the filter cake layer formed during the usual filtration process,thereby improving filtration efficiency and quality;At the same time,adding a filter screen on the side of the filter can allow the filtrate to be discharged through the side in case of poor flow at the bottom,prolong the cleaning and replacement time of the filter screen,and improve filtration efficiency.
