Design of Experimental Platform for Efficiency Test of High Power Motor
This article takes the high-power motor efficiency testing experimental platform as the research object,and refers to the motor testing method-input output method for motor efficiency testing.At the same time,considering the changes in losses caused by the operat-ing motor temperature and the impact on actual efficiency,the measurement data is corrected based on the operating temperature and envi-ronment of the motor.On the premise of ensuring the safety and economy of the motor efficiency testing platform,the testing circuit and main components of the motor were designed.For the same type of motor,record the temperature of the motor shell and the power within a certain period of time,load and run the motor to the specified power,record the input and output parameters of the motor at this time,and calculate the parameters.The ultimate goal of testing the efficiency of high-power motors is achieved.
