Design Intelligent Robots Using PLC,Touch Screen,and Multi Axis Motion
In order to adapt to market competition,enterprises must spend a lot of money on internal transformation.Under the premise of applying mature automation equipment technology in developed countries in Europe and America,it is a good method that domestic enter-prises can learn and learn from.Especially for the transformation of the picking,testing,processing,and distribution system of large ceramic core injection molding machines,fully automatic production can be achieved,which can improve production efficiency and product quali-ty,reduce costs,and reduce safety accidents.This article combines the design of PLC,touch screen,servo motor,3-axis motion,and other non-standard equipment to achieve a complete robot system for picking,inspecting,processing,and distributing plastic parts in ce-ramic core injection molding machines.This robot is combined with injection molding machines to improve production efficiency and prod-uct quality.By collecting relevant signals from the injection molding machine and debugging the robot system online with the actual injection molding machine,it was found that the cooperation is complete,the operation is stable,and the efficiency is high.Practice has proven that the robot system for picking,inspecting,processing,and distributing plastic parts in the ceramic core injection molding machine can reduce the number of operators per injection molding machine by 3 within 24 hours,improve efficiency by 53%,improve the quality of plastic parts by 3.8%,and operate for 1 year without any safety accidents.
