The Wrong Shutdown of the Equipment in the Moisture Regain Process and the Corresponding Measures
The moisture regain process is the process of wetting stored tobacco leaves for further processing.In this process,the normal op-eration of the equipment is very important for tobacco quality and production efficiency.However,in the actual production,due to equip-ment failure,improper operation and other reasons,misoperation occurs from time to time,to bring trouble to production.Therefore,it is important to understand and solve these problems.In view of this,this paper analyzes the misoperation of the equipment in the moisture regain process,probes into the causes of the misoperation,and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the production efficiency and process stability.
