Research on Adaptive Intelligent System for Tobacco Industry 4.0 Prediction Process
The biggest innovation in today's manufacturing industry is the"self-awareness"of intelligent production systems,Self reflec-tion and self-sustainment Ability.Building such an adaptive and predictable intelligent system can provide the aforementioned capabilities in the production process of machines.Intelligent systems can combine various technologies and mix statistical data,data,and artificial intelli-gence methods together.Cigarette production was chosen because of its high serializability.The use of expert systems in quality management in this field is not yet well-developed in this type of production,and through the aforementioned intelligence Being able to produce and manage directly can save a lot of costs.This article introduces the application of an intelligent system that utilizes the key principles of lean production.In the cigarette industry,we need to establish an adaptive system for prediction errors to reduce machine failure time.
