摘要

本文基于微波能技术的原理及优势,从烟草复烤、烟草膨胀、新型烟草、分析检测、强化过程等方面介绍了微波能技术在烟草行业的应用情况,并对微波能在烟草行业上的应用提出了发展建议,指出微波能技术在基础理论研究、微波检测核心仪器国产替代化、微波能装备安全稳定性等方面仍有较大的完善空间.

Abstract

Based on the principles and advantages of microwave energy technology,this article introduces the application of microwave energy technology in the tobacco industry from aspects such as tobacco reheating,tobacco expansion,new types of tobacco,analytical detection,and reinforcement process,and provides development proposals for its application in the tobacco industry.It points out that there is still much room for improvement in basic theoretical research,the substitution of domestically produced core microwave detection instruments,and the safety and stability of microwave energy equipment.
