Design Optimization of Leakage-free Plunger Cylinder Force Transmission Seal
Aiming at the cylindrical seal of a leak-free plunger cylinder designed.The super-elastic theory and nonlinear theory are used to simulate the laminated structure of the seal and analyze the stress concentration of the laminated structure during loading.A prototype experi-ment was designed to observe the deformation of the laminated structure during the loading process and compare it with the simulation re-sults.The results show that the stress of the laminated seal is concentrated at the bending of the laminated structure,and the large deforma-tion of the laminated structure in the laminated part is consistent with the simulation results.Based on the simulation results,the stacking structure is optimized with the stacking angle and stacking distance as the optimization variables to improve the performance of the plunger cylinder under large stroke.The finite element simulation of the optimized plunger cylinder is carried out to verify the rationality of the opti-mization design.
