摘要

多管火箭发射装置发射回路的导通电阻、各个发射回路间的隔离电阻,以及发射回路的对地绝缘电阻是决定火箭炮正常发射、迟发、误发射或留膛故障的关键参数.为实现此参数的快速准确检测,本文研究了发射回路绝缘电阻与泄漏电阻的产生机理,提出基于嵌入式单片机技术与微弱电流检测技术,采用电压比较法等,设计了电阻检测技术方案,完成了检测仪的开发.论文研究成果具有技术先进、适用性强等优点,既适用于部队的现场使用,也可用于生产厂家对火箭炮进行调校检验、大修厂进行进厂检验、维修过程中的故障检测和修竣验收等.

Abstract

The on-resistance,isolation resistance and the ground insulation resistance of the firing circuit of the multiple rocket launcher are the key parameters to determine the normal firing,delayed firing,misfiring or chamber failure of the rocket launcher.In order to realize the rapid and accurate detection of this parameter,this paper studies the generation mechanism of the insulation resistance and leakage resistance of the transmitting loop,proposes the resistance detection technology based on embedded single-chip microcomputer technology and weak current detection technology,adopts the voltage comparison method,and designs the resistance detection technology,and completes the de-velopment of the detector.The research results of this paper have the advantages of advanced technology and strong applicability,which are not only suitable for the field use of the army,but also for the adjustment inspection of the manufacturer,the inspection of the overhaul factory,the fault detection and repair acceptance during the maintenance process.
