摘要

为研究冲击载荷下电涡流阻尼器的磁场特性,建立了永磁式电涡流阻尼器模型和等效磁路模型,分析了空气间隙处磁场强度与结构参数之间关系;利用有限元法对冲击载荷下电涡流阻尼器的静、动态磁场以及涡流场特性展开研究.研究发现:电涡流阻尼器静态磁场呈"几"字形,阵列式分布,冲击载荷下次级筒产生的电涡流将会与静态磁场相互作用形成一个时刻变化的"几"字形动态工作磁场,且变化情况与阻尼器受到的冲击载荷有一定关系,本文研究结果对提高冲击载荷下电涡流阻尼力控制具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

In order to study the magnetic field characteristics of eddy current damper under impact load,the permanent magnet eddy cur-rent damper model and equivalent magnetic circuit model are established,and the relationship between magnetic field intensity and structural parameters at air gap is analyzed.the static and dynamic magnetic field and eddy current field characteristics of eddy current damper under impact load are studied by finite element method.It is found that the static magnetic field of the eddy current damper is"several"shape and array distribution,and the eddy current produced by the next stage of the impact load will interact with the static magnetic field to form a"several"dynamic working magnetic field,and the change has a certain relationship with the impact load on the damper.The research results of this paper have a certain reference value for improving the control of eddy current damping force under impact load.
