摘要
分析了工程装备液压系统的典型故障特点、故障检测维修现状与维修保障需求,应用嵌入式技术、故障检测技术、虚拟仪器技术、模块化技术等,设计实现了工程装备液压系统维修模拟实训台.通过装备液压系统工作原理展示、典型故障虚实模拟、人机交互手动实践多种形式,实现了既可循序渐进又可灵活跳跃地解析和仿真液压系统故障的发生机理、发展过程与表现特征,利用可视化手段指导和辅助培训对象进行液压系统故障的检测诊断与排除维修,为维修人员的教育和培训提供了一个有效的解决途径.
Abstract
The typical fault characteristics,fault detection and maintenance status and maintenance support requirements of the hydraulic system of engineering equipment are analyzed.The embedded technology,fault detection technology,virtual instrument technology and modular technology are applied to design and realize the maintenance simulation training platform of the hydraulic system of engineering e-quipment.Through the demonstration of the working principle of the equipment hydraulic system,the virtual and real simulation of typical faults,and the manual practice of human-computer interaction,the mechanism,development process and performance characteristics of hydraulic system faults can be analyzed and simulated step by step and flexibly,and visual means can be used to guide and assist the training subjects to detect,diagnose,eliminate and maintain hydraulic system faults.It provides an effective solution for the education and training of maintenance personnel.
