液压松夹的旋转轴角度误差的补偿方法

目前卧式加工中心的可连续分度旋转轴大部分采用液压松夹机构,在使用中发现多次松夹后会产生角度误差,影响加工精度,通过反复用激光干涉仪检验发现,每次松夹的时候会产生极小的角度误差,但是误差在允许范围内.随着松夹次数的增加,角度误差会产生累积,影响角度定位的精度.通过分析和测试,最终通过改变松夹的时序,配合数控系统的位置跟踪和补偿功能,在每次松夹时对定位误差进行跟踪、补偿和修正,消除了误差累积,提高旋转轴的定位精度.
Compensation Method For Angle Error of Hydraulic Unclamping Rotation Axis
At present,most of the rotatable shafts of the horizontal machining center are use of hydraulic unclamp structure.It is found that angle error will be generated after multiple unclamping,which affects the machining accuracy.It is found through repeated inspection with laser interferometer that very small angle error will be generated when unclamping each time,but the error is within the allowable range.With the increase of the number of loose clamps,the angle error will accumulate and affect the accuracy of angle positioning.Through anal-ysis and test,the positioning error is compensated and corrected each time the clamping is loosened by changing the time sequence of loos-ening the clamping,cooperating with the position monitoring and compensation function of the numerical control system,eliminating the error accumulation and improving the positioning accuracy of the rotating axis.
