摘要

通过对当前在线教育平台的现状及用户在线学习行为特征的综合分析,结合用户调查问卷和深度访谈等定量与定性研究方法,归纳用户线上学习体验问题.借鉴斯坦福大学行为科学教授福格提出的FBM行为模型以及Mehrabian和Russe11 教授的SOR模型,从增强刺激因素、匹配机体认识以及识别行为反应的角度,构建了SOR综合行为模型,用以指导在线教育平台的交互设计方法.在此基础上,提出了情境化的提示方式、个性化的用户功能、借助从众心理培养用户习惯、设置利益诱惑提供替代选择以及实现合理反馈机制等交互设计方法,优化用户学习体验.

Abstract

Through the comprehensive analysis of the current status of online education platforms and the characteristics of users'online learning behavior,combined with quantitative and qualitative research methods such as user questionnaires and in-depth interviews,the problems of users'online learning experience were summarized.Based on the FBM behavior model proposed by Stanford University behav-ioral science professor Fogg and the SOR model of professors Mehrabian and Russe11,the comprehensive SOR behavior model is con-structed from the perspective of enhancing stimuli,matching body cognition,and recognizing behavioral responses to guide the interaction design methods of online education platforms.On this basis,interaction design methods such as contextualized prompts,personalized user functions,cultivating user habits with the help of herd psychology,setting interest temptations to provide alternative choices,and realizing reasonable feedback mechanisms are proposed to optimize user learning experience.
