现在市场上的户外伞以使用传统的机械结构进行开合、遮挡为主,没有与新型电器元件结合.基于此,本项目针对大型户外伞,将曲柄滑块机构、锥齿轮机构、连杆机构等机械结构与新型温度传感器,蓝牙等模块进行结合,实现智能开合、温度检测等功能.基于轻量化设计理念,采用铝合金、PG布为主要制作材料,设计一种新型户外智能伞.给伞的制造业创新提供一种思路.
Research on the Application of Outdoor Intelligent Umbrella Based on Intelligent Control
Outdoor umbrellas on the market now mainly use traditional mechanical structure to open and close,without combining with new electrical components.Based on this,the project is aimed at large outdoor umbrellas,and combines mechanical structures such as crank slider mechanism,bevel gear mechanism,connecting rod mechanism with new temperature sensors,Bluetooth and other modules to achieve intelligent opening and closing,temperature detection and other functions.Based on the lightweight design concept,aluminum al-loy and PG cloth are used as the main materials to design a new type of outdoor intelligent umbrella.It provides a new idea for the innova-tion of umbrella manufacturing industry.
