摘要
链条的生产装配基本属于劳动密集型产品,生产装配过程中对人工的依赖程度很大,尤其重载链条的生产装配.销轴与外链板在压装成外链节之前要将销轴的扁口位置定位.本文所述的一种重载链条外链节的自动化装配设备,其核心在于完成销轴与外链板压装之前的销轴扁口定位,从而实现链条外链节的全自动化装配.本设备采用销轴旋转寻找扁孔链板的扁口位置,找到后在重力的作用下销轴自动穿入扁孔链板中,完成穿销.
Abstract
The production and assembly of chains are basically labor-intensive products,and the production and assembly process relies heavily on labor,especially the production and assembly of heavy-duty chains.Before pressing the pin shaft and the outer chain plate into the outer chain,the position of the flat mouth of the pin shaft should be positioned.The core of the automatic assembly equipment of heavy-duty chain outer chain mentioned in this paper is to complete the flat position of the pin shaft and outer chain plate before pressing,thus realizing the full automatic assembly of chain outer chain.This equipment uses the rotation of the pin shaft to find the flat position of the flat hole chain plate.After finding it,the pin shaft will automatically penetrate into the flat hole chain plate under the action of gravity to complete the threading.
