摘要
为解决现有的防水板生产线自动化程度较低,导致产品质量参差不齐,生产效率低等问题,项目研发防水板生产设备从原料的自动识别、抓包、破包、自动配方、挤出成型到在线检测全过程均实现了自动化,并取得较为可观的经济效益.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low automation level in existing waterproof board production lines,resulting in uneven product quality and low production efficiency,the project has developed waterproof board production equipment that has achieved automation throughout the entire process from automatic identification of raw materials,grabbing,breaking,automatic formulation,extrusion molding to online detection,and has achieved considerable economic benefits.
