Construction and Realization of Automated Machining Cell for Shock Absorber Cylinder Barrels
In order to meet the demand for automated machining of shock absorber cylinder parts,J43508 shock absorber cylinder auto-matic machining unit is designed.Due to the high surface machining accuracy of the shock absorber cylinder barrel and the convenience of process arrangement,a CNC double-head lathe is selected for one-time clamping and simultaneous machining of both ends of the work-piece;an automatic loading and unloading conveyor based on the self-developed truss system realizes the automation of material transporta-tion of the workpieces;XD5-60T-E programmable controller platform is selected to design the control system of the automated machining unit;real-time production monitoring and control of the automated machining unit are performed by a touch-screen instructor.The XD5-60T-E programmable controller platform is used to design the control system of the automated processing unit;the real-time pro-duction monitoring of the automated processing unit is carried out by the touch screen teach pendant.The debugging results show that the automated processing unit has reasonable layout and stable operation,and can meet the functions of fully automatic processing and loading/unloading of workpieces.
