摘要
目前市场上针对粉末饮片、颗粒等物料包装时,存在难以有效剔除不合格原料、存有破碎的细小残渣和产品结块受潮等现象,严重影响产品的包装质量.团队结合多年实践经验,设计了一种粉末饮片 自动包装机,集上料机构、送料机构、送风机构、收集组件及驱动机构等于一体,可有效解决以上痛点问题.具体针对该装置的工作原理和各个组成部分的结构设计进行了介绍.实践证明,该装置在工作时,各个组成部件相互配合,能够有效剔除不合格的原料、避免原料结块受潮,具有结构简单、成本低、效率高等优点.
Abstract
At present,it is difficult to eliminate the unqualified raw materials,there are broken small residue and product caking wet in the market,which seriously affects the packaging quality of products.Based on many years of practical experience,the team designed an auto-matic packaging machine for powder slices,which integrates feeding mechanism,feeding mechanism,air supply mechanism,collecting com-ponents and driving mechanism,can effectively solve the above pain point problem.The working principle of the device and the structural design of each component are introduced in detail.It is proved that the device can effectively eliminate unqualified raw materials,avoid raw materials caking and damp,and has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and high efficiency.
